The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 18th April, 2023 whereby registration of his First Appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections i.e. deposit of statutory amount. There is also delay for filing this application. The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to deposit the statutory amount within a period of two weeks and to remove all the other office objections. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 18th April, 2023 Pooja K.

6 CA-9698-2023 stands recalled and the appeal is restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundreds only) to be paid to the Government Pleaders' Library of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
