ORDER :- 1.

This criminal revision takes exception to the order of acquittal of accused persons for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 307 r/w. 34 of IPC dated 27.10.2005 in sessions Case No. 8 of 2004.

The record indicates that the learned advocate appearing for the applicant had been discharged. Notice was given to the applicant through Court. Notice is duly served upon the applicant. However, she did not appear. Taking note of the aforesaid facts, by order dated 19.7.2023, the matter was adjourned till 10th August, 2023. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, none appears for the applicant. This Criminal Revisional Application is pending since 2005. The applicant has neither made contact with her advocate who is

{2} 44 sr.no..odt subsequently discharged, nor caused appearance before this court in spite of service of Court notice upon her. In that view of the matter, apparently, the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the present revision. Hence, criminal revision application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
