After arguing the application for some time, it transpires that bail application filed by the present applicant seeking release on medical grounds, is pending before the learned Sessions Judge. Said application has been filed on 13th February, 2015 but the same has not been yet decided. In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to pursue the aforesaid application.
