The petitioner is raising grievance with regard to inter district transfer from Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar to Zilla Parishad, Beed.

The learned A. G. P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Ms. Choudhari, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 3. Mr. Chate, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 4 and submits that, the petitioner has got remedy to approach the Chief Executive Officer as per Circular dated 28.05.2019.

In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the Chief Executive Officer, Beed with regard to her transfer. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, then the C. E. O. Beed shall take decision upon it, on its own merit and policy, expeditiouly and preferably within a period of seven (07) days from the date of filing of the application by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
