This application is fled for restoration of Writ Petition No.5672 of 2019. The said petition was dismissed vide order dated 13-03-2020 to the efect that if objections are not removed, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 27-03-2020.

Lock-down was imposed since 24-03-2020, therefore the learned counsel for the applicant could not remove ofce objections in time. In view of this, application for restoration is allowed.
