The applicant is seeking withdrawal of entire deposited amount of compensation i.e. 50% of total compensation as deposited by the appellant - acquiring body under direction of this Court. Learned Counsel for applicant relied on order dated 13th December, 2024 passed by this Court in other connected matters. In view of the same, the applicant herein, is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount of compensation i.e. 50% of total compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

In all these applications the appellant - acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 1165 days in filing First Appeals which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. Though the application is opposed but considering the statutory right all these applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of accordingly.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
