Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as also the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The petitioner who has appeared for NEET-2023 (P.G.) and has secured fairly well, is waiting decision by the Scrutiny Committee regarding his proposal for validation of his caste claim forwarded by his college in the year 2022. 3.

It has been pointed out that father's proposal is already pending with the Committee. Even the petitioner's claim is being examined simultaneously. A vigilance report has been received in the matter of father in the year 2021. The father even has replied to that report, which has been adopted by the

Considering the above mentioned state of affairs, we direct the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case by 04 August, 2023.
