By this application, Appellant is seeking to bring on record LR' s of original Respondent No. 1 - Shivajirao. It is submitted that inadvertantly they were not made as a party. It seems that this Court by order on 30th August, 2021 allowed impledment of one of the heirs of the deceased. In view of this, application stands allowed. Amendment to be carried out within 2 weeks.
