Smt. Dube, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that similar matters are decided by this Court bearing W.P.No.9492 of 2013 with connected writ petitions under order dated 04.07.2016, so also, Writ Petition No. 688 of 2017 under order dated 09.08.2017.

In earlier writ petitions, we have recorded the statement of the learned A.G.P. that the Additional Collector, Ahmednagar had intimated the A.G.P. that pursuant to the applications filed by the petitioner, the S.D.O., Shrigonda-Parner has stated that as there was some deficiency in the report submitted by the S.D.O.,

( 2 ) wp12873.16 Shrigonda-Parner, same has been sent back and as per rules further enquiry will be taken immediately on the application of the petitioners.

We have disposed of the said writ petitions, by recording the statement, keeping the contentions of the respective parties open and that the authority is required to consider all the relevant aspects of the matter. Present writ petition is disposed of on the same terms as per the order dated 04.07.2016 in W.P. No.9492 of 2013 with connected writ petitions.
