22-23 ca.11458.16 anr.odt Considering the submissions made in the applications for withdrawal of the amount and having regard to the grounds of objections raised in the memo of appeal by the State in exception to the awards impugned in the present appeals, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

O R D E R

I.

The original Claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, they will re-deposit the amount so withdrawn by them within four months from the date of passing of such order.

II.

Balance 25% of the deposited amount shall be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank initially for the period of three years with a further direction to renew the said FDR, if so required, till the decision of the appeals.

III.

All the civil applications stand disposed of. [ P. R. BORA, J. ] ndm
