These applications are for condonation of delay of 2096 days caused in filing the appeal by the Acquiring Body challenging the judgment and award passed by the Reference

40ca12422.22 delay Court in Land Acquisition proceeding respectively. 3.

Learned Advocate for the applicant informs that there are some other appeals which are already admitted and are arising out of the same acquisition proceedings wherein the delay is already condoned.

Considering the above and for the reasons stated in the applications, this Court finds it appropriate to allow the applications. Hence this Court is inclined to passed following order :

ORDER

a) The applications stand allowed and disposed off.

b) Delay of 2096 days caused in filing the appeal/s stands condoned respectively.
