There is innocuous prayer in this petition inasmuch as the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to decide the application/representation dated 21st May, 2016 (Exhibit-G to the petition). 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to take decision on the application/representation dated 21st May, 2016, on its own merits, if not already taken, as expeditiously as possible; however, within a period of two weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.
