The learned Advocate for the Petitioner refers to page 33 of the Petition paper-book, which is a recommendation by the Sub Divisional Engineer, dated 20.07.2017, addressed to the Executive Engineer, Nasik Irrigation Department- Respondent No.3. He only prays that this recommendation/proposal be taken to a logical end. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off, expecting Respondent No.3 to respond to the said communication by following the due procedure laid down in law and if there is no legal impediment, take a decision on the same within a period of 120 days, if not yet decided.
