The petitioner is soliciting direction to the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee for early decision of his tribe validity proposal.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the Committee would decide the proposal within a period of four (04) weeks from today.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent No. 2/Committee on 01 August 2024. The Committee shall decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. [ SHAILESH P.
