For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside and the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 are allowed to be brought on record. 5.

Amendment to be carried out within one week. On such amendment being carried out, issue notice in the writ petition to respondent Nos. 2-A to 2-C, returnable on 13.01.2023. 6.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned advocate waives service in the writ petition for respondent No.2-C.
