Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. Present Petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.2 to decide his representations dated 31/01/2024, 15/01/2025, 24/02/2025, 18/03/2025, 24/06/2025. It is the grievance of the petitioner that adjoining owners of the land in Gut Nos. 70 and 73, named Dinesh Manohar Ambekar of MDA Foundation had obtained nonagricultural permission for his lands wherein he has shown the road passing through the land of the petitioners in the non agricultural measurement Nos. 3112 and 3113 dated

wp-9427.25 05/08/2024. It is contended by the petitioner that neither there was any road passing through Gut No.72 nor the petitioner was even intimated about the said measurement as the adjoining land owner. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted the afore said representations seeking cancellation of the non agricultural permission and layout in Gut Nos. 70 and 73.

Learned AGP, after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and upon instructions submits that respondent No.3 would decide the representations of the petitioner within eight weeks. 3.

We take the said statement as an undertaking and dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the said representations of the petitioner within EIGHT WEEKS from today.
