Perusal of pleadings in petition indicates that, disputed questions of fact, with respect to adjudication of compensation claimed by the petitioner in furtherance of panchnama dated 04.06.2020 arises. There are many disputed questions with respect to the entitlement of the petitioner for compensation for damage to his shed net house due to natural calamity occurred. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw present petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court for claiming damages as may be permissible under the law. 3.

Leave and liberty granted.
