It is not possible for this Court to give directions to the Committee now to decide the proceeding within 10/15 days. There is lethargy on the part of the petitioner also. The caste certificate is obtained in the year 2007 and the proposal seeking validity is filed in June 2019.

The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 24th July, 2019. If it is possible for the Committee, then the Committee may try to decide the same expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
