These are the appeals filed by the State of Maharashtra. Mr. B.V. Virdhe, learned A.G.P., on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these First Appeals. He informs that, the amount awarded by the Reference Court is less than four times of the amount awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer, in view of the Government Resolution dated 3.11.2016 along with subsequent Corrigendum dated 23.2.2017 and 13.8.2018. As such, the First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. He informs that the amount would be deposited within a period of ten months from the date of the order.
