We have heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and have perused the order dated 26.04.2010 passed in Civil Application No. 3955 of 2010

(2) CA No. 10880/2016 by which the Acquiring Body was directed to deposit only a sum of Rupees One Crore.

By this Civil Application the applicant seeks an order and direction against the Acquiring Body to deposit an amount of Rupees Fourteen Crore. No case is made out for modification of order passed by this Court.

Civil Application No. 10880 of 2016 is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. 4.

Place the First Appeal No. 737 of 2010 on board for hearing and final disposal on 7th November, 2017.
