The learned APP today produced communication made by the Superintendent of Open Jail Paithan showing that the petitioner Sharad Yuvraj Shirsat ame to be released from jail on 26.2.2020 as he completed his jail term. Considering the prayer made in the present proceeding of remission, this Court holds that present proceeding has become infructuous. Disposed of.

The fees of the appointed counsel Shri. Dharurkar is quantified as Rs.4000/-(Rupees four thousand) and it is to be paid through High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad.
