This Court on 9th August 2016, directed the Applicants to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- each. Thereafter matter listed time to time and at least on 3 to 4 occasions, but there is no compliance of the said order.

The counsel for the Applicants prays for adjournment on the ground that parties are trying to explore the possibility of settlement. In fact if the parties wish to explore the possibility of settlement, it is not necessary that Applicants shall keep these matters pending. When the counsel for Applicants is called upon to address the Court on merits, he has not addressed any arguments. Hence both the Applications stand rejected.
