Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Perused the cause titles of Regular Civil Suit No. 21/2003 and Regular Civil Appeal No. 199/2008. There seems to be some typographical mistakes in mentioning the names of some of the parties in the judgment of the First Appellate Court, which are required to be rectified. The Civil Application is, therefore, allowed. The applicant/appellant is permitted to rectify the mistakes in the names of the parties as proposed.
