It appears that, against the order impugned in present writ petition, earlier on, the petitioner had been before this Court in criminal writ petition no. 1457 of 2020, a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 15-01-2021 had rejected the same. 2.

In view of aforesaid, present application is not tenable and request made herein thus stands rejected. High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Aurangabad is directed to pay fees of Rs.2,500/- to the learned Advocate who had been appointed by this Court, within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of.
