The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C', as under:- "B) Issue writ of mandamus against the respondents directing them to grant extension of 2 months 3 days i.e. 64 days for extraction/lifting of sand from the sand site, at Mauje Mahatpuri, Tq.Gangakhed, Dist. Parbhani to the petitioner. Or they may kindly be directed to make available alternate sand site to the petitioner for extracting/lifting remaining quantity of sand.

C) The respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representations filed by the petitioner

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the representation dated 25.05.2022, addressed to the Tahsildar is his best representation and the same may be decided within a time frame.

Considering the above, this Petition is disposed off.

We direct the Tahsildar to decide the representation dated 25.05.2022, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.11.2022, in accordance with the policies applicable. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the representation.
