This petition was listed on 18.07.2025 when a detailed order was passed by issuing notice and granting conditional interim relief. The condition was specific that petitioners would deposit an amount of Rupees Three Crores in two installments. An amount of Rupees One Crore was to be deposited on or before 28.07.2025 and the remaining amount of Rupees Two Crores was to be deposited in this Court on or before 14.08.2025. Subject to such deposit interim protection was granted. 2.

It was specifically stipulated in paragraph No.10 of the said order as follows:

It is made clear that if there is any default on part of the Petitioners in depositing the first installment on or before 28.07.2025 or the second installment on or before 14.08.2025, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

In fact, the present petition was directed to be listed today to verify whether the first installment was duly paid within the time period or not.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have not been able to comply with the direction of this Court. By operation of Paragraph No.10 of the order dated 18.07.2025, the writ petition itself has been already dismissed without reference to this Court. 5.

The dismissal of the writ petition is confirmed and it is made clear that there is no interim order operating in this petition. 6.
