The learned Counsel submits that the respondent No. 5 was disqualified upon the complaint filed by the petitioner. In spite caveat, the Hon'ble Minister State of Maharashtra in appeal granted Ex-party stay. The petitioner approached the appellate authorities on number of occasions. Cognizance is not taken. Since 27.11.2018 the order of stay is operating and not vacated.

We would expect the appellate authority to decide the appeal expeditiously. The appellate authority shall in accordance with law and procedure decide the appeal within a period of six (06) months from today. 3.
Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
