These applications are filed for condonation of delay in preferring appeals by the original claimants whose lands have been

( 2 ) ca8770.24 acquired. The appeals are filed for enhancement of compensation amount. Considering the above aspects, this Court is inclined to allow the applications. Hence, the following order :- (i) The applications are allowed subject to costs as under :- Civil Application No. 8770 of 2024Rs.4000/- Civil Application No. 11713 of 2024Rs.5000/- Civil Application No. 15626 of 2022Rs.4500/- Civil Application No. 15630 of 2022Rs.5000/- Civil Application No. 15631 of 2022Rs.4500/- The costs be deposited within four weeks from today. The applicants shall file an undertaking in the appeals that in case the appeals are allowed, the applicants shall not claim any interest on the enhanced amount for delayed period.
