Ethape ( 2 ) 910 WP-11617-2023 Advocate for the Respondents submits that this petition has become infructuous as the main proceeding was pending before the learned Minister now even the proceedings before the Minister is decided. The learned Advocate for the petitioner also submits that against the order of the learned Hon'ble Minister now writ Petition is filed bearing Writ Petition No.249 of 2024 and is pending before this Court. 4.

In view of the same, this petition stands disposed off as infructuous.
