Heard Mr G. V. Wani, learned advocate for petitioner who purports to take exception to the order passed on 11-07-2018 whereunder the dispute bearing no. 40 of 2018 filed by present petitioner has been dismissed.

Learned counsel submits that the tahsildar without verifying signatures on requisition had issued notice of meeting for no confidence. He contends, requisite number of copies of the requisition had also not been supplied.

Although it is being so submitted that there is no dispute no confidence motion has been passed by majority as required under the Act. Present petitioner had been unseated by passing

WP-8770-18.doc no confidence motion dated 25-05-2018 by margin of 7 against no vote in a nine members Gram Panchayat. It further appears, no prejudice is caused since it is not in dispute that members had attended the meeting for no confidence motion on the scheduled date and motion had been passed. No particular prejudice is shown to have been caused to the members due to alleged discrepancies.

In the circumstances, no case is made out for meddling with impugned order.
