The Petitioner was earlier before this Court in Writ Petition No.2092 of 2020, wherein this Court had, vide order dated 12.02.2020, directed the Hon'ble Revenue Minister to decide the interim application filed by the Petitioner within three (03) months. Now, the same Petitioner is before us praying that her Revision No.300 of 2018 be decided by the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, expeditiously.

The learned AGP submits that the said Revision would be decided within three (03) months.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect the Revision Petition to be decided, on or before 10.01.2023.
