By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of writ petition no. 10548 of 2022 which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections as per order dated 06.02.2024 passed by this Court in the said writ petition along with other writ petitions. 2.

There is delay in filing the present application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B), subject to removing the office objections within two weeks of restoration of the petition and further subject to deposit of costs of Rs.2,500/- (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred) in the account of Creche / Day Care Centre, Advocates'
