The grievance raised in these Petitions is that, though the petitioners have rendered the satisfactory services as Shikshan Sevaks, their salary w.e.f. August, 2012 is not yet paid by the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly concedes that, the petitioners have not received any communication from the respondents that, the prayer of the petitioners to pay the salary from the month of August, 2012, has been rejected.

In that view of the matter, we direct the Respondent No.2 to take decision about the grievance raised by the petitioners about their unpaid salary, keeping in view the relevant procedure and rules, as expeditiously as possible, however, preferably within 8 weeks from today, and communicate the said decision tot he petitioners. All the Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
