Mr.Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the petition on 20.07.2017 respondent No.3 has revoked the order dated 21.07.2016 (Exh.G) impugned in the present petition and on 02.08.2017 has granted approval to the appointment of the petitioner from 17.06.2013 to 16.06.2016 as a Shikshan Sevak and after completion of the said period from 17.06.2016 approval is granted on the regular pay scale.

In view of that the grievance of the petitioner raised in the present petition does not survive.

The salary bills if are submitted of the petitioner No.2, respondent authorities shall process the same and take decision upon it, within a period of two months.

In case respondent No.5 is aggrieved by any such subsequent order in assessing the same the petitioner may file appropriate proceedings. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, the civil applications, if any do not survive and stand disposed of.
