Learned Counsel Shri Jaiswal for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequently the prisoner completed the period of imprisonment of two years. As on the relevant date he had not completed the period, the benefit is refused. He can again apply and that will have to be considered by the Jail Authority. With this observation, the present proceeding is disposed of. The order is to be communicated to the prisoner through the Jail Superintendent.
