These petitioners pray for their retiral/ pensionary benefits. The arrears of sixth and seventh pay commission recommendations have not been paid. The benefits of their Assured Career Progress Scheme (ACPS), gratuity, leave encashment and other benefits, have also not been granted. 2.
The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.3 is behaving like 'power unto itself'. The petitioners, who are senior citizens, are tired of approaching the said authority. 3.
In view of the above and since the quantification of the various claims of these petitioners will have to be made by the authority who is empowered to look into the grievances of the petitioners, we deem it appropriate to permit these petitioners to submit a detailed representation listing out all categories of claims/benefits, which they have not been granted, as well as the calculations in the light of the communications/ orders passed by the Municipal Council, Rahata, which are placed at Exhibit B/C in all these petitions. Let such representations along with the copies of the respective orders passed by the Chief Officer,
*6* Municipal Council, Rahata, be tendered to respondent No.2, on or before 15.11.2022.

Respondent No.2 is directed to deal with the individual representations of these petitioners in the light of the quantification made by the Chief Officer vide orders at Annexure B/C (in these petitions), as the case may be. By issuing appropriate directions, respondent No.2 shall ensure that the payments due to the petitioners are cleared on the basis of the records, on or before 31.03.2023.

With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
