This application is for condonation of delay of 4987 days caused in filing the appeal by the original claimants whose land came to be acquired.

Advocate for the respondent vehemently opposed the application stating that delay is not properly explained. There is no sufficient cause made out to condone the delay. He has produced on record order passed by this court on 26-062024 of similar facts, where this court allowed the application subject to cost of Rs.5000/-.

Considering the above following order:-

ORDER

a] The application stands allowed subject to cost of Rs.5000/- to be deposited in the office of Legal Service Authorities, High Court of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad within a period of 12 weeks from today. b] It is made clear that the applicant shall not be entitled to receive any interest for delayed period. c] The application stands disposed off.
