Mr. Barlinge, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The validation proceeding is pending since the year 2019. The respondents be directed to decide it immediately.

The petitioner ought to have approached this Court earlier.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 08.09.2021. The Committee, if it is possible, may endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by 10.10.2021.
