The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year-2013. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the Post-graduate Health Science course.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending since the year-2013 and that

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 09.09.2021. The committee may, if it is possible for it, endeavour to decide the proceeding by 10.10.2021.
