09.10.2018 P.C. :- Mr.Patil, learned counsel submits that the Ombudsman has passed the order, however, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are not implementing the said order. Respondents were directed to implement the order dated 13.04.2016 and 30.05.2016. Respondents were directed to issue a revised bill in furtherance of the said orders. 2.

Mr.Shelke, learned counsel submits that the respondents have already implemented the order of the Ombudsman.

It appears that there is a dispute with regard to the amounts as per the order of the Ombudsman. According to the respondents the petitioner can ventilate the grievance with MERC as per rule 142 and 146 of the Electricity Act.

In light of that the petitioner may approach MERC. It would consider the grievance of the petitioner and the order of the Ombudsman and may pass further orders expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
