Mr. Ambetkar, the learned counsel submits that, the proposal is already submitted to the Respondent No. 3 for inter district transfer since the year 2011, same has not been considered. Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel appears for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and states that, the authorities would consider the said proposal on its own merits. 2.

In light of that, we pass the following order -

ORDER

The Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall consider the proposal of the petitioner regarding inter district transfer on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months.
