The learned Senior Advocate for the Corporation submits that enquiries have been conducted against certain officers and orders of punishment have been issued.

We direct the Corporation to tender an additional affidavit alongwith copies of the enquiry reports and the orders imposing punishment, within four weeks, if not already submitted. 5.

In view of the above, Civil Application 9869 of 2018 stands disposed off.
