A show cause notice was issued to the then Chief Conservator of Forest (Regional) Nashik vide order dated 01.09.2023. The said notice could not be served as the concerned Chief Conservator of Forest - Shri Nitin Gudge has superannuated.

The learned AGP places before us the residential address of Shri Gudge, post retirement. Notice, therefore, has to be issued to the said person.
