The similarly placed co-accused have already been granted relief by this Court. Close reading of the FIR and the police papers indicate that the case of the applicants before us is similar/at par with

10-sr.905 those who have been granted relief. The applicants are, thus, entitled for the same relief.

In the result, Criminal Application No.2532 of 2023 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and Criminal Application No.639 of 2023 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), on condition of the applicants depositing total costs of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with this Court within a week's time. 4.

Upon deposit of the amount by the applicants, it be paid to learned counsel appointed to represent respondent no.2, as her fee.
