Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant.

Perused the dismissal order passed by this Court. It reveals that applicant did not deposit requisite Bhatta within stipulated period. Therefore, appeals came to be dismissed without reference to the Court. In view of nature of subject matter, there is no impediment to grant one more opportunity to applicant for substantial justice. Hence, applications stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. The dismissal order passed by this Court for non payment of Bhatta and the delay caused for preferring present Civil Applications for restoration of appeal is hereby condoned. The Registry to take requisite steps for further process.
