Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned advocate for the petitioners, on written instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Learned advocate tenders across a communication dated 29th July, 2016 received from his client instructing him to withdraw the writ petition. Said communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification purpose.

Ms. Dube, learned advocate states that she had in fact filed caveat on behalf of respondents No.2 and 4, however, since the matter is taken up showing grave exigency, it appears that the caveat has not been tagged along. She contends that the
{2} wp8011-16 statements as occurring in paragraph No.1 of the writ petition may not exactly be said to be in tune with the factual position. 3.
Be that as it may, since the petitioners are seeking withdrawal of the writ petition unconditionally, leave granted. 4.
Writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
Ms. Dube insists upon to observe that there is no interim relief hereinafter.
