Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that though the present Petition is filed for furlough, in fact parole should have been claimed by the Petitioner. However the counsel is unable to point out the reason for claiming parole nor
cwp995.15 the application filed by the Petitioner indicates anything in that behalf. We therefore, dispose of the Writ Petition, reserving liberty in favour of the Petitioner-prisoner to apply afresh with proper reasons. Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
