The applicants are praying for condonation of delay and restoration of the first appeal, which was dismissed for not taking steps against deceased claimant. The learned A.G.P. submits that if the appeal is restored, immediately necessary steps will be taken.

There was delay in preferring the appeal and notices were issued on application for condonation of delay. The respondent is no more. It reveals from record that the applicant has deposited amount under award on 17.06.2025. It is desirable to condone the delay and restore the first appeal. 3.
