By an order dated 17/12/2021, this petition, filed by the State, which was abated on account of the death of the sole Respondent Phulchand Devchand Koli, has been restored at the request of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent. 2.

The legal heirs place on record a copy of the order passed by the State Government, through it's Water Conservation Department, dated 12/07/2021. The same is marked as 'X' for identification. As the employee Phulchand has passed away, the Government has decided to drop the departmental proceedings

601.06wp (2) against him and the case has been closed. The copy of the order 'X' is self explanatory.

The learned Advocate for the legal heirs of the employee submits on instructions that, the writ petition be disposed off in terms of 'X'. The learned A.G.P. also submits that, this petition can be disposed off in terms of the said order 'X', dated 12/07/2021.
