1] Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the papers and the letter received from jail alongwith the medical certificate of Dr.W.A. Isapure.

2] Upon perusal of the certificate and the impugned order, we find that the reason for claiming parole for the treatment of wife of the petitioner - prisoner appears to be bogus. Apart from that, the report shows

Cr.WP 997/15 - 2 - that the relatives of the deceased and the witnesses are afraid of the prisoner if he is released on parole. The petition is, therefore, summarily rejected. The order be informed to the petitioner - prisoner. The professional fees of the Advocate appointed for the petitioner is quantified at Rs.1,000/- (rupees one thousand only). (INDIRA K. JAIN, J.)
